      Recipe Baking: THANKSGIVING FEAST PUMPKIN BARS

   2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, optional
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil (vegetable)

FROSTING:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes two 9 x 13 inch pans. Cool. Mix all frosting ingredients; spread on cooled bars.
