   Recipe Baking: MACARONI AND STEAK


  2 lb. breakfast steak
1 med. white onion, chopped
1 med. box macaroni, cooked
Dash Lawry's seasoning salt
1 pkg. Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
Margarine

Sauté onions in margarine until clear. Add breakfast steak that has been cut into bite size pieces. When steak is done, add Lipton soup dissolved in a small amount of water. Simmer until thickens. Cook and drain macaroni. Add macaroni to steak and soup mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low heat at least 5 minutes. Serve.

                       STEAK SAN MARCO.

    4 lb. chuck steak
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

In large skillet arrange chuck steak cut into serving pieces. Cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, oil and wine vinegar. Simmer, covered 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve over noodles. 4 to 6 servings.
