Recipe Baking: VENISON STEAK CASSEROLE
Pound and fry steak until redness is gone. Put in baking dish. Make gravy from drippings in skillet. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, and 2 beef bouillon cubes. Pour over meat and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

STEAK & WILD RICE CASSEROLE
1 1/2 lbs. family steak
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's grain & wild rice
3 1/2 c. boiling water
Cut meat into small chunks. Brown. Add onions, celery soup and mushrooms. Combine with remaining ingredients in large casserole, simmer 10 minutes first, then bake covered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. This works real well prepared in an electric fry pan.
