Recipe Baking: STEAK CASSEROLE ROLL UPS
1 sm. box steakums
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix for
beef
1 jar beef gravy
Prepare steakums according to directions. Drain well. Prepare Stove Top
stuffing according to directions. Place stuffing in steakums and roll
into rolls. Place side by side in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour gravy
over steakums. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. May substitute
turkey in deli department with Stove Top stuffing for chicken or turkey.

STEAK & WILD RICE CASSEROLE
1 1/2 lbs. family steak
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's grain & wild rice
3 1/2 c. boiling water
Cut meat into small chunks. Brown. Add onions, celery soup and mushrooms. Combine with remaining ingredients in large casserole, simmer 10 minutes first, then bake covered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. This works real well prepared in an electric fry pan.
