Recipe Baking: BAKED PUMPKIN SEEDS - HALLOWEEN

   Wash pumpkin seeds. Spread light layer of shortening onto cookie sheet. Put seeds on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and melted butter. Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until brown. You may want to turn over and stir once or twice and add more salt or butter during baking.
