Recipe Baking: sugar free cookie recipe Directory

Recipe Baking: SUGAR FREE BRAN-APPLE COOKIES

1 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diet margarine
6 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 egg
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c. golden raisins
1 c. 40% bran flake cereal

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients into medium size bowl. In separate bowl, beat margarine, Sweet 'N Low and egg until light and fluffy. Alternately add dry ingredients and applesauce, mixing well after each addition. Stir in raisins and cereal. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto non-stick cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
