1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. white Sugar Twin
3/4 c. brown Sugar Twin, firmly packed
1 pkg. Jello sugar free instant
vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c. raisins (optional)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen. Hint: Soaking raisins in water for about 30 minutes before adding to dough makes them softer.
