Recipe Baking: no bake cookie recipe Directory

Recipe Baking: FORGOTTEN KISSES (NO BAKE COOKIE)

2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
Green food color

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat whites until frothy, add salt and cream of tartar. Beat with electric beater until stiff. Add sugar slowly while beating. Beat until glossy. Add vanilla and about 3 drops of food coloring. Fold in chips. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Put in oven and TURN OFF heat right away. Leave at least 5 hours or overnight. 40 to 50 cookies.
